ABOUT OUR AGENCYI opened my agency in 2018 and we’ve grown into a team of eight who are passionate about serving Carencro and the greater Acadiana area. I’m a lifelong resident of Acadiana and truly wouldn’t choose anywhere else to call home. Before becoming an agent, I went through the State Farm Aspirant program, which prepared me to build and lead a high-performing office from day one.Community involvement is something I care deeply about. I’m actively involved with Upper Lafayette Economic Development, Carencro Ducks Unlimited, Carencro Business Association, The 705, and I volunteer with the Boys and Girls Club and Big Brothers Big Sisters. I truly believe in giving back whenever you can. I’m also proud that our agency has qualified for Chairman’s Circle, Ambassador Club, and SVP Club, and we were ranked number four in new agent rankings in our first year. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. - Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
