ABOUT OUR AGENCYI opened my agency in 2018 and we’ve grown into a team of eight who are passionate about serving Carencro and the greater Acadiana area. I’m a lifelong resident of Acadiana and truly wouldn’t choose anywhere else to call home. Before becoming an agent, I went through the State Farm Aspirant program, which prepared me to build and lead a high-performing office from day one.Community involvement is something I care deeply about. I’m actively involved with Upper Lafayette Economic Development, Carencro Ducks Unlimited, Carencro Business Association, The 705, and I volunteer with the Boys and Girls Club and Big Brothers Big Sisters. I truly believe in giving back whenever you can. I’m also proud that our agency has qualified for Chairman’s Circle, Ambassador Club, and SVP Club, and we were ranked number four in new agent rankings in our first year. In 2025, I graduated from Leadership Lafayette and was honored with the 20 Under 40 award. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Blake Johnson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
